Take a Break is a space for individuals to take time and focus on their wellbeing. The mind is the most powerful muscle in the body and can really take a toll on ones day to day life, therefore taking a step back and connecting with oneself can release feelings of stress and anxiety. The venue provides a massage unit and a space for physical and mental wellbeing classes, plus an indoor café and outside seating area, offering a range of facilities that accommodates anyone who needs to boost their well being in different ways.
