Coffee is currently grown in places such as Ethiopia, Brazil, Mexico and shipped over to the UK. Through my project coffee can be grown in the UK. A highly specialised facility with sustainability as a key ingredient, will grow speciality coffee into flavour combinations previously unheard of. This project will inform the future of coffee growing by pushing for new advancements in the sector and ensuring its resistance to climatic changes which could affect up to 40% of coffee production across the world.
