In 2100, the area of Tilbury and its port will change. The Masterplan took in consideration the future development of the area and the possibility of interacting with the site features such as: the wind, the sun and the tide. The proposal for the area is a Dance and Movement center. The idea is to Generate a Dance center and an outdoor space for the community to host events such as festivals and to guarantee the inhabitants of the region to access the campus area between the Thames and the Docks. This is done by revisiting the concept of Auditorium as a box and generating kinetic elements in the facade related to movement.
