My project is based around 3 main elements to create unique foods used in many different cultures. Introducing these foods to Peckham will allow for a more diverse food community which will also help the people come together. These 3 elements include a pickling room, fruit drying room and a meat smoking chimney. These processes are all very different in terms of appearance and purpose. The main purpose of this project is to bring the community together with various foods and to reduce waste at the same time.
