The Food Culture is a hybrid building complying of the normative use of office buildings with a cultural space that enhances the Square Mile’s identity and look for the future of professional service workers. The cultural spaces, food environment is a destination for these workers to gather in informal meeting spaces, which acts as a space for business agreement and engage with colleagues, in this case, it is not only about the food, but about the role of food for this professionals .
