HOME OF COFFEE LAB

The proposal invites customers to indulge themselves in an interactive Brazilian coffee experience. Areas from levels 6 and 7 of LDO Red carpark in Wembley Park, London will be transformed in a café with a workshop and an exhibition space. The seating space is inspired by the homely feeling of Brazilian homes and the workshop aims to teach customers how to make a barista style coffee. The exhibition consists of different levels platforms with connecting bridges, exhibiting the journey of coffee from seed to cup. Additionally, during the evening, the café will transform into a bar offering coffee cocktails and the workshop will run cocktail making classes.
Journey of coffee from planting, harvesting, processing the cherries, drying, milling, exporting the beans, tasting, roasting, grinding and brewing coffee.
