DESCRIPTION: This project facilitates dialogue and exchange between diverse cultures and traditions through the medium of food. The goal is community engagement, culinary innovation, great meals and good times. The building house a cooking school, a pop-up shop, a restaurant and an outdoor cinema. Each month a different local community takes over the cooking school, the restaurant and the pop-up shop. Live music is played within the restaurant and world cinema is shown on the rooftop. Each month is an opportunity to learn about your neighbours from your neighbours.
