Extending out into the Thames a 24 hour hub, helping to alleviate the practical and health problems for night workers. Small high street shops are always open to fit with the changing working patterns of the modern workforce. They surround an active square creating a meeting point for the community with an open air cinema and sports court. Heading out along the pier onto the Thames through a glowing world, towards a beacon of light. Climbing up the tower it becomes quieter, with spaces to pause and recharge watching the sunrise and sunset. Reaching the beacon of night light at the top, users can recharge with vitamin D.
