SOUND WAVES

The concept is all about sound and ambiance, so the goal was to make the space dedicated to creating and enjoying sound. Acoustics, lighting and materials are therefore key aspects that informed the majority of my design choices. The aim was to have an engaging environment, where the maker can comfortably repair instruments and the visitors can observe, interact and learn. Sound waves come in many different shapes, so exploring the flexibility of materials and how to bend them to a specific purpose was interesting to explore.
