The site, Bond Street Station, currently has an increasing foot traffic of over 500,000 a week. In a Post-Pandemic world, people have become accustomed to online shopping and working from home, what is next to inspire the next generation to appreciate an office environment, to enrich their working life and collaborations with others? Going creatives across the country will have the opportunity to present, learn and connect with others in both creative and entrepreneurial skills in the Heart of London, defining a specific focus for the building and the future of education. The concept of a Retreat is to effortlessly create a space of seclusion and safety. The idea of a ‘Folly in the Garden’ furthers the sense of a retreat in countryside settings. By defining The Forest, The Folly and The Garden - it has been translated into an architectural building with the use of a Forest, Retreat Pod and The View. Alluding to a specific set of rules to amplify the retreat from Oxford Street.
