Regenerating a luxury hotel in Mayfair for the millennial generation with a focus on art, fashion, and design the theme of the hotel is the notion of water. This notion will be expressed with the concept of movement through the hotel from public to private space. As the hotel progresses so does the notion of water to a heightened level in the hotel.
