REPLAYIT

My proposal for this project involves recycled electronics that are outdated and have no use for others. My maker will gather these items to create sculptures and artwork available to purchase and observe in their workshop. These will include aged CDs, MP3s, iPods, Keyboards, Phones etc. As well as having their workshop open to the public, I have designed living space in the available stories above for the maker, essentially this will allow them to have access to the workshop at any time and will be avoiding unnecessary travel- another factor which will benefit to improve on environmental awareness. Overall, my maker's workspace will be a prime aspect to the site and gives a new perspective on turning old electronics into the modern era, enhancing people's nostalgia.
