A hybrid collaborative scheme where shared knowledge and cultures can be celebrated within existing communities. Aruanda "The Future Ghost" and Cultural Revolutionary has the aim of teaching locals and communities in Palermo about traditional vernacular sustainable architecture that has been inspired by lost ancient techniques. The proposal combines a main functional permanent building where a living museum and exhibitions display the art that is produced on-site while using a selection of community-driven kilns and pottery workshops. Traditional huts located both in the exterior and interior of the main building are used as temporary workshop spaces. This hybrid demonstrates ethical attitudes and an approach towards the existing Danisinni community that also boosts their potential with the creation of artistic routes that re-link overlooked nearby communities from different backgrounds.
