OXFORD STREET RETROFIT + REUSE FACTORY

Capitalism has fallen, Oxford Street is no longer a shopping destination, instead it has become a communist growing, making and craft centre. The Retrofit and Reuse factory is located on Oxford Circus, with residential co-living units on the south facing side of the building, and the factory on the north side of the building. Cutting through, and disrupting, the previously monumental façade allows residents to make their spaces their own, whilst also allowing for natural lighting, and ventilation.
