THE GRAFFITI SPOT

Linkeroever, a neighbourhood often forgotten and seen as something different and detached from the centre of Antwerp, is however an intriguing sight, always present, from the right bank. After visiting the historic centre, every uninformed tourist will find himself/herself fascinated by the other side’s view.The project proposal is to create a graffiti park in Linkeroever Antwerp that serves as a platform for the community to express their talent and creativity through graffiti art. The park will serve as an exhibition of graffiti art’s various styles and techniques and will bring the community together to appreciate and enjoy the artworks. In addition to graffiti art, the park will also feature a skatepark. The goal of the project is to create a space that fosters creativity, community, and fun, and to provide a platform for artists and skaters to showcase their skills and express themselves in a positive and inclusive environment.
