LEISURE TEMPLE

After designing a new eco-utopian society, I created a a masterplan for the new society at Oxford Street. I selected the Selfridges building to convert into a leisure temple, which will include: promenade theatre, communal kitchen, bath house, public house, multipurpose theatre, knowledge palace, exhibition spaces, workshops, cafeteria, and performing studios. This project prioritised the re-use of the existing building, therefore much of the existing structure and fabric was kept as existing and the removed elements were recycled.
