THE FOUR PHASED CRESCENT

The four phased crescent is a residential/commercial fusion, providing leisure space on the ground floor and residential space on the upper levels. The main user is the local community and any who feel overwhelmed, stressed or are suffering from a physical ailment. The project’s significance lies in the fact that it provides a remedy for the inevitable overstimulation of the fast approaching city lifestyle that will be adopted by Southend.
