WEETOME

This project is part of a new kind of experimental village located within the highly contested territory which is set to become the 3rd runway for Heathrow airport. WEETOME stands for Wheat Energy Efficient Trailer Homes. The project proposes a factory that produces prefabricated mobile homes from the UK’s surplus straw reserves, specifically wheat straw.
