MARLBOROUGH BRIDGE GREEN LINK

The Marlborough Bridge project aims to provide the residents of the Regents Court Housing Estate and surrounding areas, and visitors of the Regents Canal, Broadway Market, London Fields and Haggerston Park with an accessible, safe and integrated green link, connecting the canal walk and Marlborough Avenue directly to Haggerston Park. The project aims to promote a more sustainable, welcoming and hospitable environment for its stakeholders by cutting through streets, encouraging cycling and walking instead of commuting by car, having all structures catering to any walking disability, enabling more room for greenery and leisure and respecting the original landscape’s essence.
