YONDER II

The existing Yonder building is a very successful structure which attracts people daily to the premises. Looking at the success of the current Yonder Building, they asked to design a new building which will approximately quadruple the existing climbing and co-working provision. However, we had to keep the philosophy and business model of Yonder as the new building should exemplify a sustainable approach to design and construction and utilise timber as the primary construction material. Yonder II will be on an empty plot in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. These guidelines informed the decision on the building design shown in this project.
