THE PEOPLE'S POTATO PROJECT

This space was designed to keep the community together by one humble ingredient. Potatoes. Potatoes are utilised consistently throughout the design project and the humbleness of this vegetable is felt all around. From the potato dishes being cooked by the people of Peckham themselves, panels and bricks being made from the potato waste for the exterior and cranes carrying potatoes all around. Regeneration is experienced WITH the people, not just for them.
