TEMPERATE ZONES

Designed for ‘Thrive’ a charity using social therapeutic horticulture and gardening to change people’s lives. Located in Old Spitalfields Market, the people in the community can come to the outreach area to take part and learn about gardening. Temperate zones are greenhouses organized according to climate zones and vegetation by hydroponic gardening. The greenhouses roof materials use different gauzes to control lighting and humidity. Thus, allowing people to experience a variation of climates and activities.
