The design for this site is an assembly of modular building-blocks, that contain different functions of the building. My chosen ecology (Herbal Plants) helped me to study the relationships between plants, animals, people, and their environment which I inspired by these relationships to create my own pattern and balance of relationships. Each block connects at the corners to its neighbours and offers a continuous space inside and one linked “urban gardening” area on the roof. A healthy living hub designed for connecting people with jobs by creating a community facing neighbourhood destination where young people, vulnerable and unemployed residents would be able to pass time and seek information, advice and guidance in a neutral and safe setting. The Strategy will provide guidance and support for the future delivery and management of open spaces, play provision, biodiversity, climate change resilience, health and well-being, active travel and cultural assets.
