ARCH CLIMBING WALL

The project involved an existing site in Bermondsey (previously the Peek Freans biscuit factory), the site sits within The Tower Bridge Business Complex. The brief was to design a leisure / sports facility for The Arch Climbing Wall Ltd. The Arch’s current building is in need of refurbishment in order to meet part L standards, and a new building is required to meet the growing needs of the Arch. A café, bar area, retail space, and gym facilities where to be included as well as provisions for a climbable façade, an increase in bouldering spaces and outside roof spaces.
