PECKHAM CONSTRUCTION COLLEGE

The program of the building project was informed by the previous mapping project which highlighted the high crime rates in the area, and subsequent device project which focused on passively trying to aid in the reduction of said crime. Developing this desire to help reduce crime rate in the local area further, the building program addresses the link between unemployment and crime rate by giving the community an upskill construction college focusing on bricklaying/ masonry, woodwork and carpentry, and computational design.
