HOLLY GROVE SHRUBBERY

Holly Grove Shrubbery currently is just an open space situated amid Rye Lane and Peckham Rye Station. The space has little purpose and fulfilment in consideration to the amount of space available, therefore the proposal is to create public space which acts as an exhibition space that has a mass amount of open area whilst integrating to the biodiversity and green space of Holly Grove shrubbery. This allows the youth and artists of Peckham to find a common ground and share their work in a constant medium that is interchangeable in space but also a purpose. Therefore, working as a social space whilst also rejuvenating the green area of Holly Grove Shrubbery (between Elm Road and Holly Grove Road) and replenishing the mundane purpose of the open area which currently has only a few benches an
