This zero waste restaurant is based around the idea of composting. It uses compost "sheds" as its main attraction and its dark atmosphere to create a new dinning experience for its customers. Not only is this restaurant sustainable but it aims to help its community by sourcing its fresh food from the farmers market and donating free meals to children before school. Furthermore, they go round other restaurants to help collect some of their compost to use it to grow their own vegetables. Inspired by compost boxes, the interior is lined with wooden panels. To bring the experience to the public there are small windows where pedestrians can see the compost fill up over time.
