B1+ SITE PROJECT- EXPANSION OF THE ARCH CLIMBING WALL FACILITY

The project proposals include a horizontal expansion of the existing facility (B1) as well as an additional building on the adjacent site. The project aims to implement a sustainable solution, using the glulam structural frame and CLT panels as the main structural component of the new building. The concept, inspired by the existing site trees, aims to merge the project into the surrounding context as well as linking nature and design. It intends to recreate the feeling of outdoor climbing, tree climbing, allowing protection in hot summer, natural lighting, and airflow.
