760 OLD KENT ROAD

760 Old Kent Road is one of the proposed locations for the Bakerloo Line Extension along Old Kent Road. It is the most southern propsoed station before you reach New Cross Gate and the site is situated amongst an area of high rise development as propsoed in the Old Kent Road Area Action Plan. My proposal for the site encompassed the underground station amongst a mixed use development that also includes a public library, further education building with adjoining student accomodation, residential dwelling units and retail/ office etc. space on the ground floor.
